Refuge and Restoration is a Cell Church. Cell Churches, or as some know them to be, house churches, are not new. The history dates as far back as the early New Testament Church.

Our missions as a church is to reach as many of the lost as we possibly can. We use cell ministry, in-home Bible study and prayer groups to accomplish this task.

Our philosophy is such that every person should be able to share Jesus Christ with their family and friends using their home as an avenue of outreach and fellowship to properly restore.
